Paula Hinton Clinical Aromatherapy is based in Allington, near Grantham, Lincolnshire. The clinic offers professional aromatherapy treatments in a relaxed, caring environment. All aromatherapy treatments offered are unique to each client.

Clinical aromatherapy is not just about a pleasant smelling massage to relax and pamper. Clinical aromatherapy is a branch of herbal medicine, and can be very effective. Essential oils are potent and they can really make a difference to your health when used correctly with the guidance of your therapist. Massage plays a big part in an aromatherapy treatment as it is one of the best ways to introduce these powerful essences to the body; massage itself has been proven to have its own health benefits.

After consultation your aromatherapist will draw up a treatment plan. This plan will involve some massage therapy or Swiss reflex treatment (reflexology and aromatherapy together in a powerful combination). Advice on diet and health may also be given along with lotions, creams or bath preparations mixed specifically for you. Each essential oil is carefully chosen to give you the maximum benefit from your treatment. What may seem tiny amounts of essential oil can have a huge effect on a health problem if used as advised.
